EVENT INFORMATION

Friday, October 9 • Saturday, October 10
Friday, October 16 • Saturday, October 17

Event: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Volunteer arrival: 6:00 PM

HOW IT WORKS

1. Form a Team: Open to local groups, clubs, organizations and community service groups.

2. Sign Up: Commit to provide a minimum of five (5) actors per night for each night of the Haunted Barn event.

3. Perform & Earn Hours: Your team members volunteer as actors. All hours will be tracked throughout the event.

4. Make a Difference: We’ll make a $200 donation to your organization for meeting the participation requirement.

5. Compete for More: At the end of the event, the qualifying team with the most total verified volunteer hours will receive an additional $300, for a total contribution of $500 to their organization.

The qualifying team with the most verified actor hours receives an additional $300.

CONTEST RULES

• Eligibility: Open to any local group, club, organization or community service group.

• Team Requirement: Each team must provide a minimum of five (5) actors per night for each night of the event.

• Commitment: Teams must sign up in advance and confirm their availability for all event nights.

• Volunteer Hours: Only hours served as an actor during the Haunted Barn event will be counted.

• Tracking: All hours will be tracked and verified by the event organizers.

• Donation: Each team that meets the minimum participation requirement (five actors per night for all nights) will receive a $200 donation to their organization.

• Grand Prize: The qualifying team with the most total verified volunteer hours at the end of the event will receive an additional $300, for a total contribution of $500 to their organization.

• Final Decision: Event organizers’ tracking and determination of total hours are final.

REGISTER YOUR ACTORS

Registering your team does not register the individual actors. After your team is registered, each participating actor must complete the Haunted Barn Volunteer Application and required waivers.
